Beaver Lake is a man-made reservoir in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. 31,700 surface acres of clear water attract thousands of water sports lovers, fishermen, hikers, and birdwatchers. It is located in the Ozark Highlands near Rogers, Eureka Springs, Springdale, and Fayetteville.

Beaver Lake is a nature lover's delight during all seasons. Towering limestone bluffs, natural caves and a variety of trees and flowering shrubs afford shutter bugs and nature lovers hours of enjoyment throughout the year. Modern campsites offer the best in recreational opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Year-round commercial marinas provide grocery items, boat rental, fishing guides, supplies and services.

Crystal clear waters beckon boaters, campers, fisherman, and scuba divers alike. Naturalists and hunters can enjoy the public lands adjoining the lake, as well as the Hobbs State Park Conservation Area, which covers 12,055 acres along the southern shores of Beaver Lake; as well as the newly purchased Devil's Eyebrow Natural Area, which covers 1,375 acres along the northern shores in the Indian Creek Arm. Beaver Lake is also the largest supplier of water for Northwest Arkansas, serving more than 450,000 customers. One out of 7 people in Arkansas get their drinking water from Beaver Lake.

The Beaver Lake real estate market is the second largest marketplace for lake property in Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, the closest major airport, is only 30 miles away.

When it’s time to stock up on provisions, it’s a short trip to high-class shopping centers. Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers offers an open-air pedestrian-friendly environment where you can continue to enjoy the great outdoors while parking close to your favorite store (if the weather’s bad). Nearby indoor malls include the Scottsdale Center, also in Rogers, and the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville.
