Bob grew up in New Berlin, Wisconsin. His first jobs were in manufacturing and new home construction. Precision work that had to be done right the first time; it required follow up; quality, and speed, and time was of the essence. Bob excelled at this type of work. In 1996, Bob married Michele - a girl who grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

In 2002, Bob got his WI real estate sales license; he sold many properties and continued to excel. In 2004, Bob got his WI real estate broker’s license. He started working for the highest regarded RE/MAX office in the area. Bob earned a 5-Star award and had 100% client satisfaction. He sold residential real estate, houses, condos, vacation homes, recreational lots and commercial vacant lots.

In 2012, Bob chased another dream of becoming a published author. For the next 12 years he traveled across the country teaching his big-buck hunting tactics, putting on seminars, and speaking at sports shows. Scouting hunting land parcels, brought Bob back to wanting to work full time selling real estate again. In July 2025, Bob and Michele moved from Wisconsin to Northwest Arkansas. They live in Bentonville. In January 2026, Bob got his Arkansas real estate sales license, and he is an agent for The Moldenhauer Group – RE/MAX Associates, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
