Candice Hall is a proud Fayetteville, Arkansas native whose life and career have taken her across every corner of Northwest Arkansas. Growing up with a large extended family in NWA and her father serving a distinguished 35 year career in the United States Air Force, she learned early the values of discipline, integrity, and an unwavering work ethic — qualities that continue to guide her today.

Her professional journey spans corporate and government travel across the globe, where she became known for her precision, adaptability, and commitment to serving others. During the COVID era, Candice stepped into the role of a CNA, providing hands on care and support during one of the most challenging times in recent history. Helping people isn’t just something she does — it’s who she is.

Candice now lives in Farmington, Arkansas with her husband, his two children, their two dogs, and one very loved cat. Her own two adult children live nearby — one in Fayetteville and the other in Bentonville — keeping her deeply connected to the community she serves.
