Fabian Araiza grew up in Stamps, a small town in southern Arkansas. After high school, he stayed in the area to start a family and found joy in creative outlets like music, art, and film. 

Fabian graduated from Southern Arkansas University and began his career in sales as a Verizon representative, where he discovered a passion for building customer relationships and helping clients find the right solutions. He later joined Walgreens, working his way through their management program to become a store manager. His experience there deepened his appreciation for teamwork, communication, and shared success—values that continue to guide his professional life. 

Real estate became a natural fit for Fabian after years of running a cleaning business in Northwest Arkansas. Through that work, he developed close working relationships with homeowners, realtors, and property managers and gained a deep appreciation for the homes and investment opportunities that shape the region. His transition into real estate is fueled by a desire to center his career around those connections and the meaningful process of helping people with one of their most important life investments.
