As the Sales and Training Manager for The Moldenhauer Group, I bring over 10 years of real estate experience in the Northwest Arkansas area. Prior to joining RE/MAX Associates and The Moldenhauer Group, I co-owned and served as the Principal Broker for a successful small independent brokerage in the region. My journey in real estate has given me deep insight into the local market, along with a genuine passion for mentoring agents.

My mission is to help new agents lay a strong foundation for a fulfilling career in real estate. I believe that with the right guidance and support, every agent can achieve success and build lasting relationships with their clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my two wonderful kids, two energetic dogs, two playful cats, and my husband, who is also a dedicated agent on our team.
