Spencer Pederson was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. He enjoyed sports growing up and held his friends close throughout his adolescence and several into adulthood. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and still maintains a deep love for the great outdoors. He was raised in a home that attended Fellowship Bible Church weekly and holds those learned values deeper than any other as he entered adulthood and sought to make a life for himself away from home.

Spencer attended public inner-city schools throughout grade school until attending Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys. He also spent a short time attending Little Rock Central High. Throughout the years, he has gained experience in freight brokering as well as satellite internet installation before deciding on a career in real estate. Aside from and above his ambitions in real estate, Spencer values prioritizing family and most of all his relationship with Jesus as well as the purpose that comes with.

After discovering a talent for sales work in freight brokering, Spencer decided that he preferred a more personal field of sales. To him, nothing seemed more personal and exciting than helping individuals find their desired homes. He adored the idea of building a reputation in his career by assisting others in finding a home that fits their exact needs, budget, and dreams for the future.
